Not Satisfied

Good day Thanks a lot Hello Peter for your assistance in getting my refund from MFC. however I was only refunded half the amount of the premiums.and when I try contacting the lady that was assisting me my email bounce back.i am not sure why they doing thing cause i still have an account with them that i am paying very well. please intervene.
