Not returning Calls

On the 21/05 I contacted MFC and spoke to Phumela to make arrangements to pay our arrears amount, she smsed me the banking details which I had an issue loading so I called on the 22/05 early in the morning and left a message for her to call me. From about 1pm, I tried to call her but no one answered the phones. <br> I called on 25/05 just to be told our account was handed over to external collectors, I do not recall this being mentioned and had she called me back as requested, I feel that this would not have happened and would not have cost us an extra fees as the amount of R2142.33 was deducted from my account that morning. <br> So I contacted the company we were handed over to and made arrangements to pay the outstanding R2210, which was debited on the 27th of May. <br> I then contacted Phumela to ensure that our normal debit order of R2199.67 would be deducted and not the arranged amount to catch up. She assured me it would be the R2199.67 only. <br> This morning I see that R2871.46 was deducted and I let a message at 8:56 for her to call me and I am still waiting. <br> I expect excellent service as I am giving MFC alot of money. <br> I am dealing with this as my husband cant take personal calls.
