Not releasing my refund

I have phoned MFC numerous times from the 1st of June 2015 to request my refund. On the 5th of June they received all the information they needed and the call agent requested a refund. When I phoned again on the following Tuesday I was advised that the payment will be released on the 12th of June (last week Friday) and would be in my account within 48 hours. When I phoned again today, it was STILL NOT RELEASED, and the excuse was that they were busy on the 12th and had a lot of refunds to do. WHO PROBLEM IS THAT MFC??? IF you do not have enough employees to do the work, then employ more people. Is the real reason perhaps that you keep peoples refunds for as long as possible so that you can benefit from the interest? The agent I last spoke with had a condescending attitude and told me that it doesn't help we argue about it, nothing is going to change. Not everyone has this type of money lying around, and now I have to suffer due to *********** staff. Your service, and the way you treat your clients disgust me. I want my money and the interest to reflect in my account TODAY!
