Not honouring there word!!!

We settled the outstanding balance on our toyota fortuner on the 01/06/2015 and was told by MFC that we will receive our Log Book within 7 days.<br> Its been 14 days now and still no log book.<br> My wife phoned them today and was told they will send it down with a courier and it will take between 3 and 5 days to arrive. (THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE TWO WEEKS AGO!!!)<br> <br> The new owner has done the COR on the car and is only valid for 21days.<br> We still need to receive it and then courier it to the new owner.<br> If this does not happen within the 21days the COR is valid MFC will be held responsible for the cost and inconvenience for the new COR.<br> <br> We make arrangements according to your promises, if you cant honour it you should be held liable!<br>
