Not Happy with MFC

I requested a settlement letter in August 2024 which I received on 27 August 2024. I settled the amount per the letter.

But on the money app it still indicates that I owe you an amount of R6719.70 and I received a debimandate request on Saturday which I rejected because to my knowledge I have settled the account per your settlement amount which was provided to me.

Please provide with a paid up letter and the Natis docuemnts as soon as possible. I have been following up with your department but to know avail have I received any feedback or communucation with regards to the Natis documents.
