NOT HAPPY

I am very upset. I have been battling 2 weeks to sort out this Vehicle debt policy that you ******* added to our installment. Your letter states that we agreed to this telephonically which we never did. I have sent through our documents that you requested to cancel this and still you went ahead and took it off the debit order without our consent. This is not acceptable. Its *******. If this that does not get sorted out within the next 2 days I will take this matter further.
