Not friendly and you are always the bad guy.

Bought a car at a dealership, they put the day of the installment 1 day before my salary gets paid unto my account. I did query about it an was told there is nothing they can do about It. The installment day came and the next day MFC phoned me, with the most arrogant and I dont care about you attitude person you can think of. Making me feel like a ******** for something I did not do. After the phone call I felt so disgusted.
