not fit and proper as FAIS compliance

I feel that MFC is actually violating my consumer right or the lady by the name of Gugulethu she is not fit and proper(FAIS COMPLIANCE) to do her job, i owe MFC ONLY ONE INSTALLMENT OF APRIL BUT SURPRISINGLY AM RECEIVING THREAT MESSAGES FROM DEBT COLLECTORS THAT MY CAR WILL BE REPOSSESSED PLEASE HELP!! I think i should report this to NCR as well as the OMBUDSMAN for the banks.
