Not closing paid up account and sending registration papers

I had 2 cars financed with MFC. The one was paid up and the paperwork completed and I got my registration documentation without a hassle.

I have paid up the second account end of August 26 and haven’t heard a from MFC. So I did the stupid thing of phoning them-first of I got told the account is with legal. Then I got asked was the car in an accident?

When I phoned back I got told, Oh they see the account is paid up and they will now generate the paid up letter in the next 48hrs and than arrange for the paperwork to be send out????

This is pathetic. Miss a payment or pay short-they will be on you like you can’t belief. Pay the account up-nah they will “*****” your car by holding the paperwork back and if you confront them about it there will be more excuses than answers!
