Not adhering to Act 24 of the insolvency law

I was sequestrated in Feb 2008 so was automatically rehabilitated in 2018 after 10 years of no credit. MFC declined application and still hold an account in recovery against me when applying for finance, I have been promised a call back to resolve this matter but this never happens because obviously they have no clue what they are doing. I am sure this is against Act 24 and total against the law. What happened to second chances???
