Non response

I am very disappointed with how Nompumelelo is handling my enquiry, her phone number as stated in her email signature do not work, she does not bother to reply to respond to emails. The buyer would like an indication as to when the Natis will be sent....I have to jump up and down to get Nompumelelo to respond. This is very unprofessional.
