Non payment of 2 claims

Good day Sir<br> I took out a Dentdoctor policy for the repairs and scratches for my vehicle with MFC in 2013. I went to a dentdoctor branch and obtained quotes to a maximum of R3000.00 to repair some scratches on my vehicle.<br> This was done in 2014, due to the dentdoctor branch being in the northern suburbs and I live in the southern suburbs. I called them as they do not supply an email address for communication to inform them that I have a problem being without my car due to business purposes and that I would prefer to take it to a business close to my home when I am out of town via aeroplane on business. I did just that and now they are repudiating my claim.<br> Initially it was alleged that the claims were not approved, I contested this and then eventually approval was received. Now they are refusing to pay the supplier on the basis that they are not vat registered. I have been paying this policy since February 2013. Kindly assist please. Thanks
