Nombulelo is very unhelpful!!!!!!

I was in late collections and the person adigned to deal with the collection was the most unhelpful and unprofessional person ive encountered. A simple guidence on what is the process to be followed she couldn't even advice me all she cared about was colelcting. I paid and sent her the pop she ignores my emails amd calls The agent name is Nomnulelo. Shes in late collections. She doesn't respond via email or take calls what id the point of her being there

I sent her several emails with the proof of payment of R10000 but still no response not even an automated response nothing
