No sympathy from MFC

I was retrenched January 2019 but still continued to make payments towards my vehicle.Seeing that my situation was not improving i app**** for debt review. My application was apparently rejected but still continued to pay what i could.June 2020 the previous DC sent me email from MFC saying that my account is in arrears and i need to pay R32000. and the mail said i have an option to refer this to a DC,ombudsman and a few other options.I contacted MFC and explained my situation.I decided to try seek help from another DC,national debt advisors of which they say they are in the process of transferring my profile from my previous DC to them. Not long after i receive a message saying that i need to settle the arrears immediately or else my vehicle will be uplifted.I then get contacted by DEM collections also harassing me about paying the arrears.I then was given contact number and email of the person who is dealing with my account Rachel in the debt review department. She explained that if i dont pay the arrears now i am faced with voluntary surrender or court order.I explained my situation to say i have signed up with NDA and they have sent 17.1. she continued to say they rejected but when i check with NDA they have received no response or feed back regarding rejection.I then propose to pay the amount owed in installments and she proceeded to say NO! CASH OR KEYS!!!no sympathy at all towards what we have been facing as a nation with covid 19.Even during the lockdown i still continued to pay with the little that i had although it was not the full installment which showed commitment to atleast paying something. The treatment received is horrific in that i am not given the option to atleast negotiate and pay in installments as i cant pay the full amount of arrears.I called the contact number for payment problems even continued to read what is displayed on MFC website. i quote "You need to make a suitable payment arrangement to settle the full arrear amount and to continue with the payment of normal instalment amounts in terms of the original signed agreement."i I was denied this option! i wrote an email to care@mfc to propose the same option and got a response to say my complaint has been directed to Rachel who denied me this in the first place.
