No Structure and No Organization Capability

My car,under finance through MFC,was ****** on Feb14,2014.It was recovered by tracker,same day within hrs. It was handed over to police,who handed it over Insurance.Insurance declared it a write-off and offered option for me to keep it.Although I decided to keep the car,an erroneous instruction went from Insurance to owner of vehicle, MFC (still financed).Eventually,without my knowledge,the car was written-off.I unknowingly repaired the vehicle and only when I had to do police clearance (required for every ******/recovered), I discovered that the car was s****ped.I could not even have the disc renewed (i.e. not drivable).I contacted Insurance and they offered to rectify even with cost for re-reg.All needed paperwork was made available
