NO Statement issued in last 6months & want to Repo

I was contacted this morning for a 5k + vehicle payment outstanding and told my car would be repo'd today which I have paid cash deposit however no PHASE or FICA compliance as no statements have been forthcoming or sent in past 6 months at least and even when I tried with 4 phone calls at my own expense to request these statements has one been sent - doesn't seem like acceptable business practice for a bank?????<br> MFC reference number ***<br> Leads on to question Nedbank's compliance or ethics!!!!<br>
