No service from them

I have settled my vehicle account with MFC a few months ago which took about a month just to get the settlement amount and since then I have not received my registration paper. I called, emailed begged for help but no help is give and their response is Legal dept. will get back to you which never happens. The number *** given for Legal Department goes to a message box that you need to access with a number which I don't have.
