no service

I bought a vehicle from mfc in 2014 . Ive been paying regularly. But my husband got retrenched. My debit orders failed. With the resukt mfc charged me alot for failed debit orders. They also ********ly put a tracker on my account. With the resukt ontop of my installment of R1100 i owe them R900 of failed debit orders. Etc. I explained to the lady that its difficult to pay my installment but she seemed non understanding and she wasnt helpful. I asked her to cancell my debit order but she saud she will not. I said that it does not make sense seeing that there will be no money in my account at the end of the month and the debit order will fail everytime. Leaving me with more stress about paying for failed debit orders. I told her that i want to pay this account. But she did not give me an alternative. She was adamant that theres no other help other than paying my account. I want to pay. But i want mfc to give me an affordable payment seeing that im now the sole bread winner. And please give me somebody else that can work with my file other than the lady in question.
