No response to my queries from Nedbank and MFC

I have been trying since 2 August 2018 to get a response. MFC had financed a vehicle for me many years ago and I am trying to sell it but cannot transfer ownership because it is still registered against Nedbank. Each time that I call MFC I am told to submit my inquiry to an email address because my details are in the archives. I have now submitted my inquiries to several email addresses and nobody responds. In fact my emails are not even opened because I do not receive any 'read receipts'. This is poor service.
