NO RESPONSE TO ARRANGEMENT REQUEST

I am trying to make an arrangement. emails say 48hr return. TWO WEEKS NOW now they say they don't have my ID number when my initial request had my ID number included.

THIS IS THE WORST BANK - NEDBANK/MFC - ABSOLUTELY THE WORST.

I contact your in time to say i have a problem and YOU JUST DON'T CARE. change your email to WEDONTCARE@MFC rather than care.
