No Response on possible ********** mistake

<p>I still have not received a proper explanation for I query I raised June 2016, it's been almost a year now. I require urgent investigation on why my closing balance for April 2016 was R274,358.72 and the opening balance for May 2016 was R299,358.72. The balance increased by R25000 and this after making a payment. This does not make sense and I would like a proper explanation. I have send multiple emails, I have also tried speaking to the support staff, and no ones seems to be able or willing to assist.</p>
