No response from Tennessee Maringa

We recently paid up my late father's debt, a lady called Tennessee Maringa sent me an outstanding balance statement which was settled. A proof of payment has been sent to her to update records, she acknowledged receipt of email, however since the payment has been made she has not provided me with a paid up letter. She's not responsive on emails, I have sent follow up emails with no luck. So MFC, please assist. I went through some reviews, it's clear the staff lack TCF and communication s****s. Please revert urgently.
