No response from Regina - MFC

Their team takes very long to respond to emails, when speaking to them on the phone the gentlemen are very helpful but you will always struggle with the one consultant who is dealing with your case. Since July I have been asking them to change her and let me deal with someone else. I have emailed her again with no response. I am not happy.
