No Response from MFC

Trying for 3 weeks now to get hold of the lady from MFC who handles my account, I left numerous messages but nothing, they keep on sending me snotty letters but when we want to handle it, they don't answer their phones and they don't respond to their Audex system messages. What can be done to resolve my matter.
