No response for a month after 4 requests

I am trying to extend my motor finance term because i have refinanced an engine repair which insurance does not cover. i have requested 4 times that they consider my request and still no response. This has been going on since the beginning of January 2015.<br> <br> I've sent through the documents each and every time and they now still ask me to send the documents!<br> <br> They are playing with people's lives here. I need this extended term to survive as my premiums have gone up a large sum of money.<br> <br> Just an answer and a bit of respect for their customers who pay them hefty sums of money each and every month with good track history.
