No Response/Feedback/Help

Good Day,<br> <br> I am awaiting a response from someone regarding my vehicle account. I was dealing with Farzaana Bhikoo but now I received a automated response she is on study leave.<br> <br> Who is going to help me now???<br> <br> The persons whom I complained about who needs to get back to me still haven't gotten back to me.<br> <br> What do I do now???<br> <br> This has been going on for weeks already and nobody seems to want to help me.<br> <br> Can somebody please contact me as this is my 2nd Hellopeter complaint and I have written numerous times to care@mfc with absolutely no response besides the automated one.<br> <br>
