Hi. I spend 15 minutes trying to get through to review department and I've been transferred from pillar to post. Wanted to cancel the review. I feel that it will take me longer to pay off my car and it will have a huge impact on my credit history. My plan is to pay 5k that's due this month and request that you debit 10k on the 15th of December. Then from January take 6k for 5 month. My account will then be up to date. Please assist ASAP
