no responce

good day I have a finance with you guys. on the 19th on Monday I sent an enquiry regarding my account. since this pandemic my husband has been out of work which affected our finances because he is the one who was paying the car although its in my name, they were not given any letter they were only informed that they will call them. till today no call , I'm really not coping with 1 salary therefore I asked for payment relief got an sms telling me to send an updated letter from my husbands employer , I then rep**** to the email that you sent me. they didn't get any letter from their work , they were only told to expect a call, my worry now on the 27th debit order has to go off , husband still not back at work , how are we gonna survive and no one responded to my email. at the end of the day I don't want to be in arrears.
