No refund has been done

Hello Peter,

I'm experiencing a huge problem with MFC accounts, they do not want to refund me. After I have paid a large amount to cover up my instalment that was in arrears, they still debited me for that particular month. Now they giving me run around instead of refunding me.

I have been calling since the 21st of August in this regards and no one wants to help me, they all giving me the same answer.

I'm now tired of this, I want to take this further.
