No refund after promised date

Discovery settled my claim on the 17/03/2015 and I have still yet to receive a refund on the amount debited off my account.<br> <br> When I called the call centre they told me that the refund was requested on the 24/03/2015, and it takes 7 days in order for payment to be made. I find it highly infuriating at the finger trouble it took to request the refund.<br> <br> It has now been over 7 days of waiting and I have yet to receive the refund. Very poor, organisations are very quick to charge interest, however I will receive no interest on amounts that are being refunded.
