NO PEOPLE S****S MFC.... WORST SERVICE EVER

Good day, Please note that my mother-in-law. I had contacted a consultant by the name of Thokozile Nkwinika at MFC that had been dealing with her profile.

My mother-in-law is currently in arrears and she is trying to sort out her finances. Thokozile was so rude, and unknowledgeable when it came to people on debt review and how it works. She spoke over us when we tried to explain my mother-in-law's situation. The calls are recorded so I really hope management takes the time to look into this matter.

She needs training on how to deal with people. As this is not an easy thing in general for people to have to deal with. Losing your car or not having money to pay for it. Absolutely no people s****s what so ever.
