I complained on Saturday about how they debited my money without any authorisation. Even though I had phoned and arranged my debit order with a consultant. It's sad cause a guy by the name of LOUIS MASILO phoned me asking for my IDENTITY NUMBER and he promised to call me back on Monday and he never bothered because I am not important and I am just a number to them. I will continue to wait for their call. I don't know if I should drive to their offices. WHEN you complain you never even get assistance. At 4pm tried callin them but there was no answer you hold for their call centre until you start sweating. MFC FOR YOU
