No one knows what to do at MFC

Good day,<br> <br> Please note this as a complaint regarding my account for the Ford Figo 1.4 CS 64 SX GP. The vehicle was written off in an accident last year December and has been at the Auction Nation premises ever since. I have been dealing with ELMARIE RAS | Repudiations Administrator who has been trying to assist me with auctioning off what is left of the vehicle.<br> <br> On the 17 January we received an email stating that Ndlazi, J. (Jabulani) from Nedbank MFC will be handling the case and arranging an inspection.<br> I tried to call him on numerous occasions but there was no answer on his office line. I also sent emails to his colleagues but no one has assisted me further.<br> <br> On the 2 March 2015 I went onto the MFC website and place a request to be called as there were also payment issues, since no one answers their customer care line. To my surprise, it was Jabulani who called me to discuss my payment issue and not even remembering that HE is handling my issue regarding the evaluation. I asked him about this and he couldn't even remember. Asking to call me back upon further investigation.<br> <br> He called back some time later and said that he had sent the matter to the Wreck Department for an evalu
