No help when needed

<p>On 18/4/2017 I made an enquiry with regards to a payment holiday for the next payment due to urgent front suspension repairs that has to be done on my vehicle. I received a call from an agent that allmost sounded like a humanoid indicating to me that due to a policy a payment holiday can only be assisted with after a year of conclusion of the finance agreement. I told the agent that I did not know of this policy nor was this indicated to before during any discussions with MFC agents. My reason was explained why this was urgent and was unforseen and due to being a single divorced parent the repairs can not be funded out of normal funds available. The vehicle is the only way to commute daily and take ny kids to school and can not wait till the indicated expiry of the policy time expiry. The reason for requesting this is that it is urgent and unforseen otherwise I would not even asked for the granting of a payment holiday. The agent was asked to escalate the matter and only said that it will but I was not provided with any reference number nor any indication of further help. This is not the first vehicle financed through MFC and every single payment to date has be made without default. Urgent help in this regard will be appreciated</p>
