No help from MFC

Good day I am writing this as I do not know what else to do, yesterday I had contacted mfc to cancel my vehicle finance with Pinetown cars due to bad service and not receiving the vehicle I had purchased. I have had no assistance and am now feeling like I am forced to take the vehicle because mfc refuses to assist me with the cancellation of the finance. I have discussed this matter with my wife and we do not want this vehicle, please can someone help me. I am in desperate need of help here.
