I honestly do not know what these people do all day but they are surely not worried about any of their existing clients. We have been trying to find out how to pay back the residual in many ways without success. I have sent numerous emails. On the emails they reply as if they did not even read the message I left them. Almost like a send all message for every issue they receive. <br> <br> Then on one of the emails a lady just rep**** saying that we should call a number to find out (which in my eyes is so ridiculous, why doesn't she just direct my email to the correct person). My wife then phoned the number and a lady named Violet said she will send her an email stating exactly what to do (12 May 2015). We still have not received the email. After the phone call we sent another two emails and we still haven't received anything back that we can use. WHAT SHOULD A PERSON DO TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON??????
