NO EXISTENT SERVICE!

My car has been written off through no fault of mine. Insurance company paid out into MFC with outstanding amount now owing to bank. I have been trying for 3 weeks, hours spend on the phone not speaking to person rereferred to. They just NEVER return your calls. Receive statement this morning, now i am owing for the next 53 months approx R600 - R113 000 something where I wanted to make arrangements to rather pay the R25 000 something amount to them to settle my account. I am STRESSED out and GATVOL of not being able to get to speak to someone to assist me! This is a first of this type of situation in my life has already been putting immense stress on me. I have really had it!
