No Empathy

My name is Khawulani, I bought a car and paid for the first 4months and lost my job. I was struggling to make ends meet and contacted Mfc to explain and make arrangements as uif is not even coming in. I spoke to one guy who advised that I pay something and and phone in again and make another arrangement. Today a lady calls me by the name of Suzan who is not willing to understand that I will pay one installment on the 30th and another installment on the 2nd and again on the 25th when my wife gets paid. She said that there will be no such and they are fetching the car. I have been calling her the entire afternoon no answer on her landlord and no call back. Does mfc not have any empathy for any unemployed person trying to make an arrangement.
