NO customer support!

What a dissapointment! Me and parents have been buying our cars through MFC for many years! Unfortunately my father has been diagnosed with alzheimers and parkensons in January. His mental state has come to a point where he can't write or communicate anymore. We need his car's registration paper but what a joke their communications team are! I have supp**** them with a doctor's letter confirming the diagnoses (as they requested) but after so many mails they keep demanding a signed letter from my dad giving my mom the right to receive the paper???? So they are demanding me to do this letter in ***** because after many mails and phone calls explaining that my dad can not do this they still demand a letter or phone call from my dad???? I have tried to explain to them what alzheimers is but they just don't care or uneducated. This is really a urgent matter since we don't know how long my dad will be with us. Its all about making money and NO support towards their customers!!! I have asked to speak to a manager but was told every time they can't assist me. What else can i do to get this matter resolved????
