No Compassion

We bought a car through the satinsky group, with the R699 per month option. MFC were very quick to accept us for the car, then the satinsky group went out of business, and left us drowning. We could no longer afford the instalments of the car, which is why we went under Debt Review to help us with our financial difficulties. MFC accepted the offer from our debt councellors for the monthly payments but later on, MFC wanted MORE money each month. Then a Year later, we find out that collection agents have been looking for us, to repossess the car, which we couldn't understand as we have been paying every month through our debt councellors. When we decided to phone our debt councellors, they told me they sent an e-mail ...which we did not receive, from MFC where they are requesting more money per month. So MFC now wants to repossess our car, because they say its now R30 000 in arrears because of that extra amount that was not paid monthly. They don't even want to help us to make arrangements to pay off the arrears, and why didn't they do a regular follow up, why wait a year!! They just want to TAKE THE CAR!! which I think is unfair!!!! Where is their compassion and understanding!
