No assistance from mfc

Goodday, last week i had phone mfc 5times during that week and 5times on Friday alone to enquire about my account of 2017 trying to find out if the account is stil open or if it had been closed, according to a statement that i have it states that the outstanding amount was already written off in 2019. When i enquired about the status of the account i was put through from this person to another and so on until the line was dropped in my ear, the final time that i phoned i spoke to an Elaine who told me that the account shows that it is still under dept review but that she is going to transfer me to a Philani Ndaba who could assist me, well the call did not go through to him because according to her he was busy and that she would give him the message to phone me, guess what, I'm still waiting!!! Now my question is that how can my account still be on the system as under dept review but in 2017 when deptsafe was busy with there so called negotiations with mfc they did send me a letter stating that mfc is withdrawing from the negotiations with deptsafe and that i am now in arrears, when i could not pay the arrear amount the vehicle was repossesed and apparently sold on auction, NOW HOW ON GOOD EARTH COULD THE ACCOUNT SHOW AT THEM STILL UNDER DEPT REVIEW??? You know i have made bad decisions in life but why is it so damn difficult to show that a person has learned and wants to try his best to move forward if nobody is able to give a second chance.
