NEVER USE MFC FOR CAR FINANCE

i spoke to Zelda at mfc customer care .i traded my car and finance another car with mfc i have been paying for my car since 2021 and when i checked how much i owe the car and i found out that the total amount after 3 years of paying is still the value of the car and it did not even include the balloon payment .when i asked them how much did i pay they did not want to tell me and i already paid more than R200 000 but it seems like i was just paying without anything happening on my finance repayment
