never use mfc again

My business name has been damaged due to a motor car that has been bought by my partner/director of the company, with out consulting myself the bank has been taking the payments out of the company bank account, were as the motor vehicle is on the partners name and not the company. As the company policy is that at all time there is to be two signature on any given document or contract, the bank has used the partner as a sole proprietor and his salary has never ever been R42.000 per month his salary if R6000.00 the expense schedule was not filled out by either myself or my partner nor were any of our companies CIPC documents were handed in to the bank for the loan as well as at the standard bank it is stipulated that there has to be two signatures at all times. Thanks to Miss M Abrams we will never do business with MFC again.
