Never getting back to Customers

I am disappointed with MFC my car was written off and the insurance paid out I need to make a payment arrangement for my shortfall. But it seems like it's hard to get through to the relevant department. It's been 3 days with no luck as they transfer me to a dead line this is frustrating they never call back.
