NEVER EVER APPLY FOR MFC FINANCING , THEY ARE WORSE THAN A MIGRAINE!

I wil grow grey hair because of you guys . I have kept asking for documents showing how much my car was auctioned for and all I get from you is "Your account has been referred to Hammond Pole attorneys, you may contact them regarding a full balance of your account on ********** ". I have already received my balance from your Attorneys. All I want is to see how mych the car was autioned for ,someting the your external attorneys will not know and they have advised for me to contact you and yet none of your consultants repond when asked for this documentation .

First i was attended to by a rude Antoinette Pretorius , then a Mapaseka Ngakane , who chose not to respond when I advised her I need to know how much my car was auctioned for .

I will not just blindly pay off an amount only because you say so , there has been many occasions when MFC has tried to rip me off and caught them out on it. Now they are doing the same thing , if you want me to bay you back your money then show me how much the auctioned car was sold for . If not , I will gladly avoid any communication regarding this account and will not be held liable for any incurring legal costs to your so called external attorneys who are less competent than you . Should I not receive any response once again , I will gladly approach the ombudsman , I have had enough of your hide and seek games and only pop up when you want me to pay .
