Negligence on the Nedbank collection, as they didn’t debit on the 18th December 2023

Nedbank sent me the attachment message, on the 11 December 2023 at 16:46 , and I’ve had my car for 5 years this year is the 6th and am only left with R45k to finish it which is the ballon payment, out of the 5 years I’ve never missed any payments at all, however Nedbank decided to call me on re 28th December telling me that I missed my payment, I’ve never missed any payments and it’s not my fault it’s their responsibility because the collection didn’t do what they were supposed to do, and I’ve sent them numerous emails as to say to rectify this NEGLIGENCE that mfc did, I am willing to pay an extra amount of R250 every month, what saddens me is that they want to affect my credit score , I’ve been consistent with my account and it’s a debit order, I asked them to call me so we can finalise everything till date I haven’t received any call from them, I am soooooooo disappointed about and I will not pay double month end January
