NEGATIVELY IMPACTING MY CREDIT SCORE DUE TO POOR MFC SERVICE

Been struggling to change my policies bamking details. I have submitted all the needed documents and MFC just keeps asking for the same documents over and over yet I have already submitted everything as requested ages ago. Now there are penalty fees involved because the MFC management and customer service is poor. This is also negatively impacting my credit score because of MFC's poor service. Waiting hours for an email response only to be asked again for the same documents. Enough is enough. Update the details so we can move on.
