Need help I'm still waiting for them to answer but nothing

My name is Cyril I have a problem with MFC I bought a car in May 2022 with a help of finance (MFC). Was paying normally and was happy the problem started when was hijack and was shot was hospitalised for 3months not getting any salary at work likely I managed to contact MFC by email telling them my situation. And they showed understanding told me to send all documents e.g. my case number,hospital documents, letter from work that state that I'm.not getting any income, and bank statements I did all that I sent everything to them. They kept quite from those 3 months June,July, August than September I started paying as what I did ask them to wait for till I start paying on the forth month, and now one called me to say I owe them this three months. Than two weeks back they sent people to repossesse the car if I ask them why they say I didn't pay for June to August. Told them I explain my problem to MFC and no one told me I owe them 3months or to make any arrangement. When I sent email to the person whose is my account holder he said there was arrangement made in 23march 2023 of which was injured on the 5may 2023 now i dont know who fo help.
