I paid off my vehicle account in April 2021. I received settlement letter and certificate of ownership of the car. Since then the deductions of R3 200 have not stopped. They deduct and refund. For the refund to happen I have to go through a lot of process which I'm tired of doing now. I ended up posting my frustration on Facebook. I was advised to call Peter. So here I am.
