Nedbank vehicle loans and motor happy

Nedbank vehicle finance have added Motor happy insurance to me despite me informing them that l am fully insured by OUTsurance. The people at both offices are blatantly rude and dishonest. I have been trying to get assistance since November 2024 but Nedbank bank is just inefficient and unhelpful.
